Frequently asked questions
When am I charged?
Your monthly subscription fee is billed on the calendar date your subscription started, recurring every month. Shift costs are deducted from your prepaid wallet when a shift completes.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time from the subscription settings page. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds are issued. After the period ends your account moves to read-only mode.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately at any time. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date. Use the Manage Subscription button in your subscription settings.
How does the wallet work?
You top up your wallet in USD using a credit or debit card via Stripe. Each time a shift completes, the shift cost (plus the 3.5% platform fee) is deducted from your wallet balance. You must maintain a sufficient balance to book shifts.
How are caregivers paid?
Caregivers are paid weekly every Friday via Flutterwave bank transfer in NGN. The exchange rate applied is the rate locked at the time each shift was booked.
Are prices subject to change?
SabiCare365 may update subscription fees with 30 days' prior written notice. Current prices are always shown on this page and in your subscription settings.
